Join Jacqueline’s Bakery for hands-on training in real French pastry & bakery operations.

What you’ll do

  • Daily Pastry Production: tartlets, creams, cakes, éclairs, French and American pastries

  • Viennoiserie & artisan bread (croissants, pains au chocolat, cannelés)

  • Finishing, presentation, quality & food safety standards

  • Light customer-facing plating during rushes (as needed)


What we’re looking for

  • Pastry/bakery diploma or solid experience in French pastry

  • French fluency (English basics OK)

  • Portfolio/photos of your work

  • Availability for a J-1 Trainee/Intern placement


Location (in person): 6977 N Wickham RdWe sponsor eligible J-1 candidates. Duration/start date discussed with finalists.
